This project’s aim is to provide a open-source software dedicated to hydrology and surface hydraulic.
Based on hydrological and hydraulic model (1D, 2D and maybe 3D ?), it will be used to help hydraulic design and evaluate flood extension for risk management.
This software will be bases in a GIS environment built with the well known QGIS API. This environment, specific to the application and independent, will help model design and exploit results.
The development and deployment of Reos allows to build the software gradually from a simple implementation, ideal for testing, to a comprehensive solution.

Currently under development, the tool Mesher will permit to create and edit unstructured mesh for hydraulic models.
